Returns & Refunds


Find out that your package come with unwanted stray cats? We do hope the package you received is perfect, but we live in other side of reality where sometimes something is just screwed up. We’ve made our policy as easy as possible
 

Returns

Since the cost of shipping for returns is almost half the cost of product itself, we don't accept returns. We do however offer either refunds or an exchange (see Refunds and Replacement below).

Refunds

We will do full refund if you found out any defective to the trimmer within 30-days after the date of received. Send us an email with photo of defective trimmer along with proof of purchase (receipt) at support@nostrim.com and we will reply with further instructions.

Replacement

If you prefer, you can get an exchange instead of refund. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged within 30-days after the date of received. Send us an email with photo of defective trimmer along with proof of purchase (receipt) at support@nostrim.com and we will reply with further instructions.
